Returns and Refunds
- Usually, the agent who will take the order will thoroughly check whether the engine or part is the correct one, in which case Autoricambi Rieti SRLS will fully bear the return of the part without further comment.
- However, there are cases where the customer expressly requests parts without taking into account the opinion of the sales agent and therefore the terms below apply.
- Goods returned within seven (14) days because they were ordered incorrectly or are no longer needed will incur a 20% restocking fee. Goods returned after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
- Delivery costs will not be refunded. If your item was purchased with free/included delivery, the delivery costs borne by Autoricambi Rieti will be deducted from the refund.
- We cannot accept returns for specially ordered parts or cut body sections.
